Dean Grey and Ivy Alexander Write NY Times Editorial

The Sunday New York Times published a letter from YSN Dean Margaret Grey and Associate Professor Ivy Alexander. Regarding the shortage of primary care physicians, they write:

"Nurse practitioners can help in filling this void -- and they are known to spend generous amounts of time listening and communicating with their patients. Indeed, nurses often teach communication courses in medical schools."
